South Tyrolean delicacies from our farm

We're farmers. We love to draw fruit from the earth and to care for animals. In addition to the fields and the stables, we cultivate the herbs and spices that are so popular in South Tyrol in the herb garden. Without this Mediterranean touch, South Tyrolean cuisine would be different. The field produces potatoes, carrots, turnips and much more. 

The garden provides delicious, crunchy vegetables and delicious salads in our kitchen. From the fruits of the garden like cranberries, blueberries, apricots, plums, cherries and apples we prepare sweet, refreshing jams and jellies. Sometimes we bake South Tyrolean breads according to centuries-old recipes handed down from our ancestors. 

From all these treasures our South Tyrolean Schlaraffenland on the Leitenhof is born. On your plate you will feel that a whole new world of taste, scents and health is emerging here compared to industrially produced products.
